Our Fitness Boxing class is a bootcamp style workout that focuses on mixing pad and heavy bag drills with functional circuit training.
A typical class will include a warm up, partner drilling with gloves and mitts, different styles of functional circuit training (strength), and will end with a stretch/cool down.
Our class runs on Tuesdays at 5PM and Saturdays at 9:30AM.
